About the Project

Begining of the 4th Year of the Project

Vand CSR Project was launched by the Vand International Institute in November 2020, and its first call for applications was published on March 8th, 2021, International Women’s Day.

‍ This voluntary project was designed for girls who, due to political or economic reasons, do not have access to equal educational and employment opportunities

In its first year, the program was held in two semesters for Afghan girls. The project started with 158 participants, 40 of whom received the final certificate from Vand Design Academy, and some of them have since found employment.

In the second year, 845 Afghan girls joined the program, and 129 of them have now reached the fourth semester. For the top performers in this semester, an additional term will be offered.

In the third year, will be conducted in collaboration with Iranian charities and organizations for girls from remote areas of Iran as well as Afghan girls. Various companies and institutions are also supporting this project, including Danone’s Iran branch, Alibaba Iran, Nexa Group, Inverse Educational Institute, and Techin Petroleum Holding as the main partners.
